Samsung now announced that they provide customer support through WhatsApp, helping them fix their issues without walking out to their service centers. It also allows Remote Assistance, Live Chat, technical support through the call center, or provide (DIY)do-it-yourself videos on the Samsung official Website and YouTube.

How to get the WhatsApp chat support from Samsung

  • First, Send a  message on Samsung’s WhatsApp support number 1800-5-SAMSUNG (1800-5-7267864) to register yourself for the service.
  • Ask for technical support for any Samsung product, get news about service center locations, the situation of a repair, latest offers, and also request for demo and installation of Samsung devices.
  • This chat support is available from 9 am to 6 pm, on all days of the week.

Samsung’s other App already offers live chat options, putting service requests, tracing repair progress, remote assistance, and mobile diagnostics. But Samsung provides WhatsApp chat support first.
